Article 1 – Seller Identity and Purpose
The website revpartsworks.myshopify.com ("the Site") is operated by Louis Duchêne, sole proprietor (micro-enterprise) operating under the trade name RevPartsWorks, 8 Impasse des Bolets, 53210 Argentré, France – SIRET 10676088700013 – registered with the Laval Trade and Companies Register – email: revpartsworks@gmail.com ("the Seller"). These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTC") apply to all sales concluded via the Site with any buyer ("the Customer"). The Customer declares to have read the GTC before placing an order; their acceptance is materialized by the validation of the order. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 2 – Products and Availability
The products offered are those featured on the Site on the day of consultation, subject to availability. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its product page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. Some of the products are manufactured on demand by 3D printing and/or artisanal manufacturing: slight variations in appearance (shade, surface finish, layer lines, dimensional tolerances) are inherent to this process and do not constitute a lack of conformity. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the product with their vehicle or intended use before ordering.
Article 3 – Price
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. As the Seller operates under the VAT exemption scheme, the mention "VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the General Tax Code" applies: no VAT is charged or reclaimable. Prices do not include delivery costs, which are calculated according to the destination and indicated before order validation. The Seller may modify its prices at any time; the product is invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Order and Contract Formation
The Customer selects their products, checks the summary and total amount, enters their delivery and payment details, then validates via a button labeled "order with obligation to pay". This validation constitutes the conclusion of the contract. An order confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous payment dispute, an abnormal order, or suspected fraud.
Article 5 – Payment and Security
Payment is due upon order, by credit card via Shopify Payments or via PayPal. Payment data is securely processed by these providers; the Seller does not have access to card numbers. The order is only finalized after payment acceptance. Products remain the property of the Seller until full payment of the price (retention of title clause).
Article 6 – Delivery, Delays and Transfer of Risk
The zones, costs and delays are detailed in the Delivery and Returns Policy. Delivery to metropolitan France and the European Union; other destinations on a case-by-case basis upon quotation. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the Consumer Code, unless otherwise agreed, products are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. In case of failure, the Customer may, in accordance with Articles L.216-2 et seq., require delivery within a reasonable additional period, then terminate the contract and obtain a refund. The transfer of risks occurs upon physical delivery of the product to the Customer or a third party designated by them.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without cause or penalty. They notify their decision by an unambiguous declaration (email to revpartsworks@gmail.com), if applicable using the standard form below, then return the complete product in its original condition within 14 days. Direct return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, with the refund possibly being deferred until the product is recovered or proof of its shipment is provided.
Exceptions (Art. L.221-28): The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom-made parts).

Article 8 – Legal Guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery, choice between repair or replacement, waiver of proof of defect for 24 months; and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): choice between rescission of the sale or reduction of the price, within 2 years from the discovery of the defect. Article 9 – Liability and Use
The products are accessories intended for use in accordance with their purpose. The Seller cannot be held responsible for incorrect assembly, improper use, exposure to conditions exceeding those intended, or indirect damages. Unless proven fault, its liability shall not exceed the amount of the order concerned.
Article 10 – Personal Data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
Article 11 – Consumer Mediation
In case of dispute, the Customer first contacts the Seller (revpartsworks@gmail.com). Failing that, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, they may freely refer the matter to the mediator to whom the Seller belongs: CM2C – 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris – www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php – litiges@cm2c.net. Article 12 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The GTC are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, in compliance with consumer protection rules.
