Shipping policy

Delivery areas. We ship to mainland France and to the European Union. Other destinations (for example the United States or Australia) may be arranged case by case: email us at revpartsworks@gmail.com before ordering for a shipping quote. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.

Order processing. Because our parts are partly made to order (3D printing), a preparation time is added to the transit time. As a guide: preparation within 1 to 5 working days.

Transit times (indicative). France: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. European Union: 3 to 10 working days. These times are indicative and not guaranteed. Under Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order.

Shipping costs. Calculated according to destination and the weight/volume of the order, and displayed before you confirm.

Tracking and receipt. A tracking number is provided where the shipping method allows. On delivery, check the condition of the parcel; if it is damaged, note your reservations with the carrier and let us know promptly at revpartsworks@gmail.com, with photos if possible.
