Custom Builds

Everything below was modelled and printed to order, outside the catalogue. Some are adaptations of an existing part, others were drawn from scratch off a photo, a set of measurements or a broken original.

How it works

  1. You describe what you need — photos, dimensions, the car, mounting constraints. The more detail, the more accurate the quote.
  2. I get back to you with feasibility, a price and a lead time. If it can't be done properly, I'll tell you straight.
  3. 3D modelling of the part, with approval before printing on complex jobs.
  4. Printing and checking, then shipping or local hand-off.

What's possible

  • Adapting a catalogue part to another car or another diameter
  • Reproducing an original part that's broken or no longer available
  • Gauge mounts, trim pieces, covers, adapters, workshop jigs
  • Engraving text or a logo onto a part
  • Build parts: intake, cooling, cabin

Material and limits

I print mainly in ABS: it's what survives a cabin in full sun or a spot near the engine, where PLA warps. 3D printing still has its limits: it isn't suitable for safety parts, structural components or areas under very high mechanical load. I'd rather say so before starting than after.
