Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery areas

RevPartsWorks ships to mainland France and to European Union countries. Other destinations (for example the United States or Australia) may be arranged case by case: email us at revpartsworks@gmail.com before ordering for a shipping quote. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by the customer.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the delivery address, the weight and volume of the order and the shipping method chosen. The exact amount is shown before you confirm the order: nothing is added afterwards.

3. Processing and lead times

Because our products are partly made to order (3D printing), a preparation time is added to the transit time. As a guide: preparation within 1 to 5 working days, then 2 to 5 working days in transit within France and 3 to 10 working days within the European Union. Large parts (the BOMEX bumper, for example) require a manufacturing time of 2 to 3 weeks, stated on the product page. These times are indicative and not guaranteed. Under Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the order.

4. Tracking and receipt

A tracking number is provided where the shipping method allows. On delivery, check the condition of the parcel; if it is damaged, note your reservations with the carrier and let us know promptly at revpartsworks@gmail.com, with photos if possible.

5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Full details and the model form are in Article 7 of the Terms of Sale. The cost of returning the goods under the right of withdrawal is payable by you. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised.

6. Returns and refunds

For any return, contact us first at revpartsworks@gmail.com to agree the arrangements and obtain the return address; items sent back without a prior request cannot be processed. The item must be returned complete, in its original packaging where possible. Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is issued using the same payment method as the order, within 14 days at the latest of being notified of your withdrawal (this may be deferred until the goods are recovered or proof of dispatch is provided).

7. Faulty or non-conforming items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately (photos help). Under the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, return and reshipping costs are borne by the seller.
