Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days). Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. This right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Article L.221-28).

Return conditions. To be refunded, the item must be returned complete and in a resaleable condition, in its original packaging where possible. Contact us first at revpartsworks@gmail.com to agree the arrangements and obtain the return address; items sent back without a prior request cannot be processed. The direct cost of returning the goods under the right of withdrawal is payable by you.

Refunds. Once the return has been received and checked, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. If it is, it is issued using the same payment method as the original order, within 14 days at the latest of being informed of your withdrawal (this may be deferred until the goods are received back or you provide proof of dispatch). The time it takes your bank to display the refund may vary.

Damaged, faulty or non-conforming items. Please inspect your order on arrival. If the parcel is damaged, note your reservations with the carrier. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at revpartsworks@gmail.com (photos help): under the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, repair, replacement or refund is covered, including return and reshipping costs.

Exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
