BMW E30 Air Intake — 76 mm Outlet (3D Printed)

3D-printed air intake for the BMW E30 with a 76 mm outlet. It fits in place of the original part and lets you draw cool air from the front of the car instead of the engine bay.

What it's for

• Cold-air intake on a naturally aspirated engine
• Feeding a turbo setup
• Replacing a tired or cracked factory intake

Fitment

All BMW E30 models: Coupé, Convertible, Saloon and Touring. Depending on your setup, you may need to trim the black plate behind the headlight.

How it's made

Designed and modelled by me, then fitted and tested on the car before going on sale — not a file pulled off the internet and reprinted.

Printed in ABS, and that's on purpose: on an intake part sitting close to the engine, PLA softens and eventually warps. ABS takes the heat and lasts.
